I Thought Technology Would Transform Healthcare. I’m Beginning to See It Differently.
I spend much of my life building technology for healthcare.
For years, when I thought about healthcare transformation, I naturally thought about better
systems — digitalization, data, AI, tools that could help doctors and healthcare
organizations work better.
I still believe deeply in all of that.
But lately, I’ve started to see transformation differently.
Maybe it doesn’t begin with technology. Maybe it begins with people — healthcare
professionals willing to look beyond their own practice, churches willing to serve beyond
their walls, businesses willing to give their resources to something bigger than themselves.
Because real transformation was never going to come from one person, one company, or
one technology. It takes the collective effort of different people, each doing their part as
members of one body.
For me, that realization has become deeply tied to my faith.
